"A Thousand Points of Light"

September 7 - November 7, 2020

Matthew 5:16
"Your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father."

Supporting the formation of our young people as disciples of Christ is one of the most important deeds we can do. Saint Martha’s Annual Auction proceeds are vital to the growth of programs for children, youth and young adult formation at the parish.

The most effective means of forming disciples is through personal connection, so it’s up to each of us to make sure the resources are available to make those connections possible. Your contribution will benefit Saint Martha School, Religious Education, Youth Group and Young Adult Ministries.

Last year our parish’s generosity and desire to support our children helped to purchase Chromebooks for each student and new Bibles for use in faith formation programs.

Every contribution is important, every contribution matters, whether it's $10.00 or $1000.00. The more points of light, the brighter our effort shines.

Ways to Celebrate

While fundraising is imperative for churches and schools that rely entirely on donations, the Auction Committee does not want to lose the sense of community that otherwise comes with an in-person event. So, mark your calendar for Saturday, November 7 at 7 pm and join us for an online celebration and brief thank you ceremony to close-out the fundraiser.

Everyone is invited to participate in this Zoom gathering. Anyone who makes a donation at any level to the Thousand Points of Light campaign before 12:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2020 is eligible to win a raffle prize! Children of the parish, our pastor Father Mike Murray, and parish and school faculty will be present via Zoom to offer brief remarks and thank all those involved for participating. At the end, four donated prizes will be raffled off to names that are randomly chosen.
