CCW Mission

The Council of Catholic Women exists to unite the women of Saint Martha Parish for the spiritual, social, and educational enrichment of its members, and for the welfare of the Parish community.

We would like to extend a warm invitation to all women of the parish to participate in our activities and meetings this year.  Any registered woman of St. Martha Parish is already a member.  Our organization focuses on the social, service and spiritual needs of the female members of the parish.  Our monthly meetings consist of a spiritual reflection and business agenda followed by a speaker, service activity or social event.

Come and join us as often as your schedule allows!

For regular updates on the St. Martha Council of Catholic Women and for spiritual encouragement, like us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/CCWStMartha/ or email us at stmarthaccw@gmail.com

CCW Activity & Committee Summary

St. Martha Garden

The St. Martha Gardeners work to maintain the "triangle" gardens at church entrances, as well as the sign, rose garden, and a few other beds adjoining the parking area.  Thank you to all the garden helpers who are helping with weeding, trimming, and mulching. The flower beds are at their spring best, and the potted flowers really draw your eye to the St. Martha signage. We could use more help- your help!  We meet for group efforts several times a month throughout the growing season, enjoying each other's company as we dig in the dirt. We are happy to assist those new to gardening in weed identification, best plant usages, pest resistant plantings, and more. We also welcome you to come as your own schedule permits, and we send out emails to alert fellow gardeners as to what we are working on in the beds.  Please join our email list by emailing Sue Bence at suebence@gmail.com.
